Sustainability encompasses many dimensions, as reflected by the three pillars on which Air Liquide has made a **commitment (Abatement, Care, Trust - ACT)**, each engaging different parts of the organization. In Air Liquide China, the Energy Transition team is responsible to design and deploy the strategy for the CO2 emissions abatement. The Energy transition team is made of several engineers, experts and managers, coming from various backgrounds and countries. They work in a network with Operations, Business development, Commercial and Innovation teams. **Missions and Responsibilities** Under the leadership of the Greater China Energy Transition Director, the mission will cover the following domains: - Support in** technical and innovation watch**, actively interacting with various departments and peers in other clusters to get their expertise and share good practices among teams - **Gather intelligence and relevant policy evolutions** in the energy field and make the report to management regularly - Be in charge of **ad-hoc technical studies** on specific projects **Competencies and Profile** Hard skills**: - Master degree in **Project Management/ Business School **or relevant background - Rigor and strong coordination capability to handle complex tasks - Excellent English (Chinese)/ communication/presentation skill - Ability to work with multicultural teams - Appetite to energy transition fields, Chinese eco-system **Soft skills**: - Results oriented, self-motivated, take initiative - Able to fast learn and become autonomous, in a changing and multicultural environment - **Good analytic and execution skill**, problem solving skills - Interpersonal skills and effective communication skill - Thorough and synthetic - Good command of MS Office and Google suite **Language: Fluent English (TOEIC > 900, C1)**; Chinese: Good level in speaking and written **Additional information** - **Please send your **CV and motivation letter in English** **This position will be based in Shanghai, China for an **initial period of 12 months**, renewable once.** The V.I.E., an international young graduate program, enables young professionals who are less than 28 and European Union nationals to work for a French company in any country of the world.
