Finance Controlling and Business Partner Director Manufacturing

As a **Finance Controlling and Business Partner Director Manufacturing** you will report to VP Controlling in the Finance based in **Obernai Europe**Blieskastel or Obernai for a **Permanent** contract.

**Mission**:

- Drive strategic initiatives, risk management, cost efficiency, and financial/non-financial steering models as a trusted Business Partner.
- Lead planning & forecasting (annual IFP, intra-year IFF, 3-year plan) covering capacity, resources, costs, and ROI.
- Support manufacturing transformation (rationalization, investments, new operating model) and implement Standard Costing for efficiency gains.
- Ensure profitability, productivity, and transparency of results beyond P&L through state-of-the-art Controlling practices.
- Lead and develop an international team of ~40 controllers across 9 countries, fostering a strong Business Partnering culture.

**Profile**:

- Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent; 10-15+ years in senior Controlling/Finance leadership within international industry.
- Proven expertise in Controlling, planning & reporting, with strong business partnering mindset.
- Skilled in Excel, SAP S4, BW4HANA; able to drive process harmonization and digitalization.
- Strategic, collaborative, customer-focused, strong communicator, results-driven.
- Fluent in English (French/German a plus); willingness to travel up to 20%.
