**Job Purpose**:
Growing the Alpha business within territory through successful closure of target accounts.Developing strong relationships with key customer and distributor contacts.Developing new opportunities to expand business with current customers Where appropriate, develop new opportunities for pioneering materials technologies.Reporting back to the Regional Commercial Director **(RCD). **the latest field intelligence (e.g. competitor strategy, customer requirements) Developing strong knowledge of the Alpha product range in order to provide initial technical support.
**Responsibilities**:
Develop a strong communication link between outside and inside organisation
- working closely with the Inside Regional Commercial Director RCD to set common objectives and actions with regular information exchanges.With the RCD, set market strategies for new product lines introduced by Alpha. Define general pricing policies within the territory and review regularly. Support, execute appropriate distribution strategies and manage key relationships. Execute new product introduction strategy and provide key product feed-back from the field to the RCD and Marketing team. Product volume forecasting
- For any new product introduction provide ISM and Purchasing Dept. with accurate information about quantity, forecast and safety stocks needed for the commercial launch and beta site testing. For standard products provide accurate demand forecasts when required.With the RCD, develop formal budget/forecasts.Submit monthly report for all territory sales activities in the required format. Reporting : Provide the RCD with regular commercial information regarding competitor activity and price levelsManage market surveys and market share analysis as and when required. Make regular customers visits to maintain develop business and to monitor sales team performance.Ongoing development of key opportunities at key accounts
- reporting back progress to RCD on a regular basis.
**Requirements & Qualifications**:
MBOs: Develop relevant individual MBO’s and execute. Where appropriate, organise/execute key technical seminars for our sales organisation and separately for customers.Support all key Marketing projects in the territory. For example, exhibitions, promotions, and Marcom activity.Cooperate closely with key account & sector management teams on customer projects with mutual interest.Assume direct responsibility for all Alpha product sales within the territory. Key account management.Strong communications (reporting, meeting, conference calls, presenting)Ability to meet stretch targetsSupporting commercial strategies and executing them. Developing strong customer partnerships. Problem solving capabilityNetworking (internally and externally).Developing accurate budgets and forecasts. Sales analysis using Excel. Time management and prioritisation skills.Work well under pressure. Commitment to customer service and satisfaction.

- CRM database (SalesForce).
**Competencies**:
- Languages required (in additional to French)
- English (spoken and written) is a must
- 10+ experience in automotive industry
**Education**:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Chemistry or Industrial Technology
