You’ll be responsible for leading learning and employee experience through partnerships and processes that are bold, visionary, and dynamic. You will need to have a strong personal drive, passion for going the extra mile, resilience, business-orientation, and exceptional communication skills. You’ll also embrace and encourage collaboration amongst your team and employee population when driving the development of training content to enhance one’s professional growth while aligning with the company’s business objectives and goals.
You will play a key role in employee engagement, leading a culture of belonging, wellbeing, and connection. Our team embraces evolution, and in this role you will leverage learning and engagement to help the organization navigate complexity and change.
In this role, you’ll be part of the Group Learning, Inclusion & Engagement team and will work closely with the People Business Partners in France. Your main missions are:
- Drive the URW Academy vision, mission, strategy, road map for France, resulting in the implementation of dynamic learning solutions that are integral to the success of the organization
- Conduct regular needs analysis and provide consultative support to design and deliver effective learning solutions with blended approach; programs may focus on the entire professional level workforce or may be focused on targeted populations
- Produce and facilitate customized learning content
- Coordinate and schedule all the trainings for France (connecting with the business stakeholders and managing the system, coordinate the logistics and the surveys afterwards)
- Define success measures for learning through key metrics
- Evaluate the effectiveness and impact of local learning curriculum, including regularly assessing and analyzing employee learning surveys, to support business strategy and culture of high performance and inclusivity
- Build and grow relationships with Senior Business/HR Leaders, and key stakeholders to be trusted partner and adviser on organizational learning needs and employee engagement
- Deliver a communication strategy to market learning and engagement programs, contributing significantly to the Employer Value Proposition of the company in attracting key talent
- Lead France’s diversity & inclusion learning curriculum and engagement programs, including oversight of the Be You at URW Network
- In alignment with corporate, manage local deployment of engagement surveys and oversee follow up actions
- Lead France’s employee wellness program
- Lead URW’s Community Day volunteering program in France
- Support delivery of an impactful on-boarding experience, including new hire integration touchpoints, URW Fundamentals, check-ins and surveys, core learning and induction days
- Work cross-functionally with leadership to ensure strategic alignment and project completion to support the business
- Oversee budgets and expenditures for learning and engagement programs, projects, and initiatives (invoices etc.)
