We also pay particular attention to maintaining a transversal and holistic lens, ensuring that all dimensions of diversity are integrated and valued in our efforts. **Your job and daily missions**: As a I&D Lead, you will report directly to the Group Head of I&D and be instrumental in delivering our global I&D strategy. You will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by: **Leading strategic and global I&D initiatives**: - Designing, leading and implementing impactful group wide I&D initiatives in line with our I&D strategy (policies, processes, initiatives, campaigns, etc.). **Building organizational connections**: - Bringing I&D expertise and consultancy across entities. - Working together with various HR departments (Culture, Talent, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, HR Operations) to embed inclusion in every process. - Developing meaningful relationships with stakeholders across functions, such as Communication, Sustainability, Procurement, IT, etc., helping them see their work through an I&D lens. **Managing communications and external partnerships**: - Collaborating with the Communications teams to ensure that all internal and external communication materials reflect our commitment to inclusion and diversity. - Building strong external partnerships that bring fresh perspectives and innovative approaches to our I&D work. **Mentoring and external focus**: - Provide ad-hoc guidance to the I&D PM and support to build I&D expertise within the broader Culture and I&D team. - Attend I&D conferences, seminars, and workshops to stay abreast on leading practices and sometimes represent AXA in panel discussions and workshops. **YOUR PROFILE**: **Let’s talk about you**: Take a look at this handy list to help you decide if you’ve got the right skills and experience for this role. We're looking for a passionate advocate who brings both professional expertise and authentic commitment to I&D: **Experience**: A minimum of 7 years of professional experience is required, preferably with a focus on Inclusion and Diversity, Corporate Social Responsibility or Social Impact initiatives, within a global organization. Experience as an HR Business Partner would be considered as a plus. **Skills**: **I&D culture**:understanding, passion and appreciation of why I&D matters and how we progress this at AXA is an essential requirement. **I&D program management**: proven ability to develop strategic I&D initiatives from concept to delivery on a global scale. **Interpersonal skills and influence**: ability to present and influence senior leaders as well as to quickly establish trust-based relationships with diverse stakeholders (with sensitivity to cultural nuances). **Adaptability**: ability to work independently and demonstrate flexibility in a dynamic environment, incl. demonstrating self-initiative. **External partnerships**: experience in building and maintaining partnerships with external organizations to bring fresh perspectives and innovative appr
