**Job Description**:
Under the management of Group Purchasing Excellence Director located in Cluses (France), the Purchasing Excellence Project Leader drives excellence of the Purchasing Function in terms of performance, efficiency and resilience. He/she manages transformation projects within the group in relation with operational teams, other project excellence leaders and business partners. He / she is responsible for communicating and animating the community regarding all transformation projects handled by purchasing excellence.

In terms of mission, the new project leader will:
Communication & Change
- Be in charge of worldwide purchasing communication plan including transformation projects communication
- Animate the worldwide Purchasing community. Develop, support, promote the One team spirit. Contribute to capitalize best practices
- Define and implement change plan for transformations projects, in coordination with project leaders
- Organize community regular meetings : schedule, agenda, participants, content, wrap-up
- Set and maintain the content of our collaborative tools - sharepoint, teams,. - ensuring easy access to information, useful content and single source of truth
- Set up actions to encourage a collaborative way of working through digital tools

PMO
- Be the PMO of the excellence team for all transformation projects handled by the department
- Coordinate actions with his/her colleagues (project excellence leaders, operational teams, BP)

Academy
- Contribute to purchasing learning program set up
- Manage the purchasing academy deployment
- Contribute to the definition of the pedagogy to be used

Operational tasks
- Organize the 360 Voice for suppliers : surveys, follow-up, action plan
- Ensure suppliers compliance through campaigns
- Update of key macro-economic indicators
- Organize Sourcing committees

The purchasing excellence leader will also run specific projects to support transformation of the function, use digitalization and datas as levers and accelerators. He will build and capitalize the expertise on his/her field of activitie. On a general manner, he/she will contribute to the improvement of the Purchasing performance

Management:

- transversal : interaction with all purchasing community and business partners
- coordination with the 3 purchasing excellence project leaders

**Qualifications**:

- Master’s degree
- Strong experience in communication
- Ability to drive transformation and lead the teams, good experience in change management
- Ability to animate and coordinate a community
- Strong experience in project management
- Masters collaborative tools
- Appetite for digitalization & datas as value drivers.
- Customer focus
- High ability to convince, lead and communicate
- Rigorous, autonomous, spirit of cooperation,
- Knows how to work in cross functional teams
- Good pedagogical skills, & experience in building learnings session or materials
- Fluent english speaker and writer, all work done in English
- If possible, experience in purchasing, and/or in a industrial company
