Microsoft Azure, Office 365, Active Directory, Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager, Microsoft Endpoint Manager / Intune, Admin Center, Group Policies, scripting using Power Shell and VB, are some of the products / systems that are used on a daily basis.
**Principle Responsibilities**:
- Management of the Windows based Corporate client
- Management of the Corporate client using SCCM
- Modern Management of the Corporate client using the Microsoft Endpoint Manager Admin Center
- Design and implementation of Modern Management solutions for cloud / hybrid managed hardware (Windows 10, Windows 11, HoloLens )
- Provide supporting documentation for your area of responsibility
- Provide 2nd level support, using our ITSM tool ServiceNow, for incidents and problems.
- Participation in the selection process of standard equipment
- Design and implementation of IT solutions to fulfill specific business requirement
- Participation in international projects
**Expérience**:
- 3 years’ experience in the field of client management using SCCM 2012
- 2 years’ experience in the field of client management using Microsoft Endpoint Manager Admin Center
- Experience with VDI solutions, Microsoft Autopilot, Microsoft HoloLens
- 2 years’ Experience with Active Directory, Azure, Office 365
- Good Analytical, conceptual skills
**Knowledge and Skills Required**:
- Good knowledge of Azure, Office 365, Active Directory, VPN solutions
- Good knowledge Microsoft Endpoint Manager Admin Center
- Good knowledge of SCCM
- Very good Knowledge of the Windows 10/11 OS
- Experience with Microsoft HoloLens advantageous
- Proven ability to work effectively in a global team setting, as well as independently, with mínimal error and guidance
- Strong communications skills in English
- Willingness to travel (~ 10%)
**Education, Training &/or Certification**:
- Bachelor in a relevant field of study or vocational Training in a relevant field with at least 3 years of working experience after the completion of the vocational training
- Fluent (Business) English skills (at least B2 Level) and French.
