Au sein de la Direction de l’Asset Management, le(a) **Project Manager Industriel**dirige un ou plusieurs programme(s) ou projet(s) d’acquisition, de modification ou de maintenance patrimoniale. Vous êtes **responsable de l’ensemble des processus de management des projets** dans le cadre des contrats en place.

**En phase d’avant-projet et d’appel d’offre, vos tâches principales consistent à**:

- ** Piloter un appel d’offres** (budgets entre 50k€ et 200M€), en lien avec les équipes techniques, achats, ventes et support ;
- **Préparer et identifier les différents lots du projet**/programme en impliquant les différents acteurs internes ou externes ;
- **Piloter la rédaction des cahiers des charges** et participer à la sélection des fournisseurs et autres sous-traitants requis pour le projet ainsi qu’à la prise de décisions d’achat ;
- **Participer à la contractualisation du projet** avec le ou les fournisseurs
Maintenir les standards de l’entreprise de satisfaction, de qualité et de performance.

**En phase réalisation, vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes transverses, vos objectifs principaux étant de**:

- ** Gérer la planification, la qualité et le budget des fournisseurs ;**:

- **Analyser, évaluer et mitiger les risques du programme** que vous présenterez au responsable Asset Management et à la Direction d’Akiem, tout comme le reporting régulier du programme ;
- **Coordonner et piloter les actions des différents acteurs internes et externes** pour s’assurer du bon avancement des lots identifiés ;
- **Préparer et participer aux réceptions usine**, aux marches d’essais pour démontrer la qualité, la conformité et la sécurité des locomotives ;
- **Élaborer et gérer le budget des projets** et être garant de l’atteinte des objectifs fixés ;
- **Élaborer des protocoles d’évaluation** afin d’améliorer le programme.

**De quoi avez-vous besoin pour intégrer notre super équipe ?**

Vous êtes diplômé(e) d’une **école d'ingénieur** (mécanique, industrielle), et justifiez d'une expérience professionnelle de **plus de 5 ans en gestion de projet** et/ou gestion de contrat dans un milieu industriel à forte composante technique. La connaissance du ferroviaire est un plus.

Vous êtes **autonome**, et avez une **capacité à prendre des décisions** et à être **force de proposition.**

Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour vos **bonnes compétences relationnelles.**

La maîtrise de l’**anglais** est indispensable, l’allemand est un plus.
