Nous recherchons un Product Manager expérimenté pour rejoindre notre équipe et piloter des projets stratégiques liés à notre portefeuille de solutions, idéalement avec une expérience dans l'univers maritime ou des environnements similaires.
Vous serez chargé de définir, développer et déployer des produits innovants répondant aux besoins de nos clients, tout en travaillant en étroite collaboration avec les équipes techniques, métiers, et opérationnelles.
Produit Saas orienté B2B
**Gestion de produit**:
Élaborer la roadmap produit en collaboration avec les parties prenantes.
Prioriser les fonctionnalités en fonction des objectifs métiers et des retours utilisateurs.
Assurer la rédaction des user stories et la définition des critères d?acceptation.
**Coordination des équipes**:
Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de développement, de design et de marketing.
Garantir le respect des délais et des budgets tout au long du cycle de vie des produits.
**Analyse et stratégie**:
Réaliser des études de marché et des benchmarks pour identifier les opportunités.
Suivre les KPI et proposer des améliorations pour maximiser la valeur des produits.
**Domaines spécifiques (Maritime)**:
Comprendre les spécificités des projets maritimes, notamment en termes de logistique, navigation, ou maintenance.
Collaborer avec les clients et partenaires de ce secteur pour adapter les solutions aux besoins du marché.
Bac+5 en informatique, gestion de projet, ou équivalent.
Minimum 5 ans d'expérience en tant que Product Manager, avec idéalement une expérience dans le domaine maritime.
**Compétences techniques**:
Bonne compréhension des méthodologies Agile/Scrum.
Capacité à rédiger des user stories et à utiliser des outils tels que Jira, Confluence, ou autres outils collaboratifs.
**Compétences relationnelles**:
Excellent sens de la communication et de la collaboration.
Capacité à convaincre et à fédérer les équipes autour d?une vision produit claire.
**Atouts supplémentaires**:
Expérience dans les solutions SaaS ou IoT pour l?industrie maritime.
Connaissance des enjeux liés à la logistique ou à la navigation.
