We are working on a digital solution to improve our risk management and secure our operational processes.**: Role: - You will study the portfolio and propose a representation of the risk in our risk management tools by risk family, client typology,... - You will develop tactical tools to improve our risk management and processes and work with our IS team for further integration - You will participate in supply and risk management operations: forecasting, hedging, costing, risk assessment (pricing model) - You will be in charge of the organization and implementation of all business activities, from design to implementation of all activities - You will take part in the organization and implementation of all the company's activities - You will organize the implementation of all the activities of the company Hard skills: - You have knowledge of market risk and coding skills - You have the ability to manage complex cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders - You have a thorough understanding of trading and portfolio and risk management activities - You have a high level of numeracy and strong analytical skills, combined with a hands-on approach - You are proficient in Python 3.7 (Numpy, Pandas) and Excel VBA - You have outstanding experience using Jupyter Notebook - You are familiar with the use of APIs Soft skills: - You are willing to work in a leadership position - You are resilient - You are results-oriented - You have a practical mind - You are rigorous and precise - You are creative and a true entrepreneur taking initiative - You are a team player - You are dynamic and flexible - You are passionately committed to success - You are a team player **Education and professional background**: - You are in a Master's degree, engineering school or business school - If you have previous experience in various aspects of sales portfolio management, trading, finance or similar fields, this is appreciated **Languages**: - You Fluent in French and English Travels: - Some travels to Bruxelles might occur occasionally **_If you meet these requirements, then you are the talent we are looking for.
