Job Title
Manager, Business Development Commercial & B2B solutions
Key accountabilities of the role
- Grows revenue by identifying and pursuing opportunities with new or existing customers active in the French market.
- Sets Commercial and B2B sales strategy through a segmented approach towards corporates.
- Responsible for pipeline management, coordinating with product development and account management teams
- Introduces commercial cards and non-card solutions to the market including payment-on-delivery in business-to-business real-time payments, working capital, supplier onboarding and business intelligence.
- Prospects, contacts, and contracts new customers and business partners.
- Plays a lead role in conversations with key decision makers at new and existing customers
- Enhances ongoing business development relationships with the industry by organizing and participating in forums, webinars, and customer trainings in the commercial B2B and SME space.
All About You
- Have extensive experience executing business development across different payment types, technologies and customer segments and In-depth experience executing and managing business development strategies in commercial cards, buyer-supplier
- Have experience executing strategies into clear action plans
- Have excellent Relationship Management skills
- Have experience managing senior-level relationship
Track record in achieving business development targets and building customer relationships, in the French market.
- Demonstrated success introducing existing and emerging B2B commercial payments solutions.
Experiences and other requirements
- Very strong written and verbal communication skills
- Outstanding ability to work collaboratively and deliver results in a highly cross-functional environment
- High self-motivation and ability to work autonomously; “can do” attitude; strong customer and results orientation.
- Proven experience managing senior level relationship
- Fluency in English and French; additional European languages are a plus.
- Advanced degree or MBA preferred
