**MISSIONS**:
**Product manager**
- As part of the AXA Emerging Customers team, the product manager supports entities in the development of inclusive insurance solutions that best address the needs and features of vulnerable customers. The role holder keeps the customer at the core of the new products and adapts the design to meet the operational requirements from distribution partners and to balance affordability vs. risks.
- The role holder leads product innovation for inclusive insurance across all relevant markets and aims at expanding the range of solutions to address a wider risk landscape (e.g., health vulnerabilities) and to combine insurance with the new services and ecosystems provided by AXA. He/she designs, tests, and deploys new solutions with local business teams and drives change during discussions with actuarial, underwriting and risk management teams, both at local and group levels.
- The product manager is also responsible for supporting entities in the product governance and for engaging with Group Risk Management to create/adapt/maintain conducive guidelines that support the growth of inclusive insurance.

**Entity relationship manager**
- Core responsibility is to drive the growth of the AXA Emerging Customers business in a priority country, supporting local teams along the insurance value chain and monitoring the growth of the local EC portfolio.
- The Entity relationship manager is responsible for defining the inclusive insurance strategy in the allocated geographical scope (to be defined) and for rolling it out with the local business teams. The role also entails the management of the governance with local Executive management.
- The Entity Relationship Manager actively supports local teams in the search, development, launch, and management of distribution partnerships (e.g., customer study, value proposition design, commercial pitches, customer journey, operations ).

**Main activities**

**Inclusive insurance solutions**

Supports entities in a pull/push model to develop inclusive insurance solutions
- Maps and assesses existing covers in entities (design, terms & conditions, price points) and identifies where adjustments/developments are needed with Entity Relationship Managers, engages with local Emerging Customers team to plan new inclusive solutions in local product roadmap and delivers support as needed.
- Supports Entity Relationship Managers and local business teams to adapt insurance products and/or to review pricing and actuarial assumptions applied to Emerging Customers partnerships (new or existing).
- Reviews the performance of Emerging Customers partnerships and advises on optimization and changes to product design and/or pricing. Recommendations are adapted to both Emerging Customers’ behaviour and features of distribution partners (enrolment, customer engagement, operational set-up, unit economics).

**Product innovation**

Leads product innovation for inclusive insurance across AXA entities
- Defines inclusive product strategy over medium term and ideates new solutions to further reduce the protection gaps and address a wider risk landscape (e.g., health vulnerabilities, outpatient care, savings-linked protection ).
- Investigates global and country trends on selected risks, prepares feasibility analysis in terms of insurability (frequencies, severities, risk exposure, potential losses ) and in terms of commercialisation (unit economics, competition, distribution, customer journey, operations ), assess product fit with AXA standards and engages with Group Risk Management to adapt guidelines when needed.
- Ideates with other AXA Emerging Customers experts to bundle insurance with various services and ecosystems offered by local/regional/Group teams, engages with various stakeholders in entities to launch
