Vous souhaitez intégrer une entreprise internationale, en forte croissance en France et vous êtes passionné(e) par la mode ?Nous recrutons un(e) Store Manager pour notre réseau parisien.

Vos principales missions seront de:

- ** Piloter le point de vente**:

- En assurant l’atteinte des objectifs (CA & KPIs qualitatifs)
- En gérant les stocks, en effectuant des inventaires bi-annuels et des inventaires tournants réguliers
- En assurant le reporting journalier et hebdomadaire
- En remontant les informations auprès de votre management
- ** Animer votre équipe**:

- En animant les briefs quotidiens : le matin et au cours de la journée ; et les réunions mensuelles
- En suivant les performances individuelles de vos vendeurs à l’aide d’évaluations, de projets de développement et d’accompagnement
- En coachant l’équipe (sur les techniques de vente par ex.) dans un souci d’amélioration de la performance
- En rendant complémentaires les équipes d'Opticiens et de Vendeurs
- ** Faire le suivi RH**:

- En recrutant votre équipe avec le support du service RH- En rédigeant et en construisant les plannings, les demandes de contrat de travail, en faisant le suivi des périodes d’essai
- En remontant les éléments variables au service RH pour la paie (absences, maladie, CP, plannings etc.)
- En réalisant les entretiens annuels de votre équipe (fixer les objectifs, évaluation de la performance)
- ** Assurer le prestige de la marque au sein de nos points de vente et faire le suivi de la clientèle**:

- En offrant une expérience unique et qualitative à nos clients et visiteurs
- En assurant la fidélisation de la clientèle (enregistrement des données, suivi des clients réguliers via du phoning)
- En suivant les guidelines merchandising et la bonne tenue du point de vente
- En appliquant les process internes

Vous avez déjà une expérience en tant que Store Manager dans le retail d'au moins 3 ans. Vous êtes orienté(e) résultats et avez une sensibilité pour les indicateurs de performance.

De plus, vous êtes énergique, bienveillant(e) et avez un leadership naturel.

Vous maitrisez une seconde langue.

Vous aimez les challenges et vous avez une forte sensibilité pour l’univers de la mode et suivez les tendances. Afin d'accueillir la clientèle internationale, vous parlez anglais.
