**About Netskope**:

We realized a new perimeter was needed, one that is built in the cloud and follows and protects data wherever it goes, so we started Netskope to redefine Cloud, Network and Data Security.
**About the Position**:
As part of the Global People Experience team, this role's mission is to ensure we bring an evidenced based approach to the HR services we deliver, the policies and programs that guide the delivery of these services, and provide the insights about our workforce that will help shape our future workforce and accelerate our growth.
You will be successful in this role if you have a deep passion for turning data into actionable insights and see a story where others may see only statistics.
**Responsibilities**:
- Own the long-term roadmap for people analytics insights and data products such as dashboards, surveys, and outcome based analytics
- Partner with HR Business Partners and cross functional teams to understand the business insights leaders need to make evidenced based decisions
- Build capacity within the People organization to use data and analytics to drive decision-making
- Create data resources, dashboards, and training that help optimize the delivery and impact of HR programs
- Use data visualization and storytelling skills to effectively communicate insights to leaders and influence decisions and outcomes
- Research & Insights - Design, manage and facilitate employee listening surveys
- Develop a playbook and toolkit to analyze, design and plan our workforce strategy
- Advise in annual headcount planning processes to ensure healthy growth and effective orgs
**Requirements**:
- A background of at least 10+ years of experience in People Analytics, Strategic Workforce Planning, HR Strategy & Transformation, or related areas at innovative companies
- Experience in a highly strategic, analytical, and operational role in fast-paced environments (some consulting or high-growth technology company preferred)
- Experience collaborating across multiple partner groups, communicating with diverse audiences, and balancing dynamic priorities
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and communicate at all levels of the organization
- Excellent understanding of data analytics and visualization tools
