We are looking for a talented **Senior Site Customer Quality Assurance Engineer** to join our **quality-focused team** for our **industrial products division** in **Saint-Étienne, Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, France.** **In this role, you will have an impact in the following ways**: - Lead the control of "first series" bridges and prepare contractual documents for the client. - Ensure the availability of validated control means and self-check supports. - Drive the problem-solving process, analyze, and develop associated action plans. - Monitor the availability and updating of production standards and define quality instructions. - Analyze and synthesize customer satisfaction data and lead the FMEA process on major projects. - Coordinate production audits (internal and client) and manage associated actions. - Participate in the onboarding and training on quality basics and controls in connection with existing supports. - Contribute to contract review, technical specification analysis, and ensure their implementation. **Qualifications** **Education / Experience**: - University degree or equivalent required, preferably in mechanical engineering. - Experience in manufacturing or quality assurance required. **Responsibilities** **To be successful in this role you will need the following**: - Manage a Quality Production and Client team. - Communicate effectively: Convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different stakeholders. - Customer orientation: Build strong relationships with clients and provide customer-focused solutions. - Adaptability: Adjust to various situations and challenges with flexibility and resilience. **Job** Quality **Organization** Cummins Inc. **Role Category** On-site **Job Type** Exempt - Experienced **ReqID** 2410538 **Relocation Package** No
