B2B Digital Sales Specialist (French & English) – Fully Remote (Bulgaria) We are hiring a B2B Digital Sales Specialist with native-level French and strong cold calling experience to join an international, tech-driven sales environment. This is a full-time, fully remote position, offering a competitive base salary, performance bonus, and long-term career stability. Role Overview In this role, you will: Conduct outbound cold calling to identify, qualify, and engage business leadsApply structured business development and lead generation methodologiesBuild and manage a consistent and high-quality sales pipelineUnderstand customer needs and propose tailored digital solutionsContribute directly to revenue growth and sales performance targets Requirements Native-level French (mandatory) and fluent EnglishMinimum 2 years of B2B cold calling sales experienceSolid knowledge of business development, lead generation, and qualificationExperience in tech, SaaS, or digital advertising is highly desirableStrong communication skills with a results-driven and autonomous mindsetWhat We Offer Full-time contract, Monday to Friday (09:00–18:00)Fully remote role (based in Bulgaria)Gross monthly salary: 3,600 BGNQuarterly performance bonus: up to 2,000 BGN Relocation support including: Company-paid accommodation for the first 10 days or moreAssistance in finding long-term housingPossibility of salary advance if neededLow cost of living: fully furnished apartments of at least 60 m² from around 200 EUR/monthInternational working environment with long-term career growth opportunities Start date: January 2026Location: Remote, Bulgaria To apply or receive more information, please contact:marco.velenosi@cbtalents.comWhatsApp: +39 334 619 6398
