Vos Principales Missions

  • En véritable chef d'orchestre, faire le pont entre les différentes équipes de ClubFunding (analystes, commerciaux, communication, relations investisseurs et juridique) afin de vous assurer du bon déroulement des opérations financées ;
  • En lien direct avec les opérateurs, gérer le suivi des financements obligataires ou equity, jusqu'à leur parfait remboursement en récupérant et en analysant les informations relatives aux opérations (suivi des travaux, du budget et de la commercialisation des projets, respect des contrats d'émissions obligataires, etc.) ;
  • Proposer et réaliser des études sur les différents projets immobiliers en cours de financement (indicateurs de performance des opérations : taux de commercialisation, prix de revente/ m², couverture financière, consolidation des projets par opérateurs, etc.) ;
  • Préparer les communications sur les projets auprès des investisseurs de ClubFunding ;
  • Etre force de proposition pour élaborer des plans de sorties sur les dossiers en difficultés ;
  • Participer activement aux réunions internes de suivi hebdomadaire et gérer les opérations contentieuses ;
  • Participer au développement du pôle Portfolio Management et à la mise en place des outils de suivi et de reporting.

Votre expérience et vos qualités

  • Vous êtes jeune diplômé.ée d'une école de commerce ou d'un équivalent universitaire de niveau Bac +5 et disposez d'une expérience de 2 ans minimum sur un poste similaire.
  • Vous êtes autonome, organisé, dynamique et avez le sens des responsabilités.
  • Vous avez à la fois des qualités relationnelles et analytiques.
  • Vous aimez les challenges, vous savez mener plusieurs projets en même temps et vous avez un très bon sens du travail en équipe.
  • Votre état d'esprit est remarquable et vous aimez construire une relation de confiance.
  • Vous êtes à l'aise avec les outils bureautiques (Excel, Powerpoint).
  • Vous parlez couramment l'anglais et dans l'idéal l'espagnol
  • Vous disposez idéalement d'une première expérience de 2 ans minimum dans le financement ou l'immobilier.
  • Vous êtes force de proposition et d'initiative pour trouver des solutions à chaque situation.
