Job Responsibilities

  1. Financial Management & Reporting

  2. Oversee daily financial operations, including accounting, accounts payable/receivable, cash flow management, and general ledger.

  3. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with local accounting standards and group reporting requirements.

  4. Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to headquarters and management.

  5. Budgeting & Forecasting

  6. Lead the annual budgeting and periodic forecasting process.

  7. Monitor budget execution, analyze variances, and provide actionable insights to management.

  8. Support business planning for wind turbine sales projects and after-sales services.

  9. Tax & Compliance

  10. Ensure full compliance with local tax regulations, including VAT, Corporate Income Tax, withholding taxes, and local filings.

  11. Coordinate with external tax advisors and auditors.

  12. Support tax planning and assess tax impacts of sales contracts, importation of equipment, and intercompany transactions.

  13. Project & Sales Finance Support

  14. Provide financial support for wind turbine sales projects, including pricing analysis, margin control, and contract review.

  15. Support financial evaluation of customer payment terms, guarantees, and credit risk.

  16. Monitor project revenue recognition and cost allocation.

  17. Cash & Treasury Management

  18. Manage cash flow, bank relationships, and financing arrangements.

  19. Oversee foreign currency transactions and FX risk related to imports and cross-border payments.

  20. Support intercompany settlements and financing structures within the group.

  21. Internal Control & Process Improvement

  22. Establish and maintain effective internal controls and financial procedures.

  23. Improve financial processes and systems to support business growth.

  24. Ensure compliance with internal policies and group financial standards.

  25. Team & Stakeholder Management

  26. Manage and develop local finance staff (if applicable).

  27. Act as a key finance business partner to sales, operations, and management teams.
  28. Communicate effectively with headquarters, auditors, banks, and authorities.

Qualifications & Requirements

  1. Education & Certification

  2. Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.

  3. CPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification is a strong plus.

  4. Work Experience

  5. Minimum 10 years of relevant finance or accounting experience.

  6. Experience in industrial equipment, renewable energy, EPC, or project-based sales is highly preferred.
  7. Solid experience with local accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory reporting.

  8. Experience in multinational companies and cross-border transactions is a strong advantage.

  9. Technical Skills

  10. Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, and internal controls.

  11. Good understanding of equipment sales, imports, and services.

  12. Proficiency in ERP systems and Excel; experience with SAP or similar systems preferred.

  13. Language Skills

  14. Fluent in English and local language (both written and spoken).

  15. Mandarin Chinese is a plus but not required.

  16. Personal Attributes

  17. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  18. High sense of responsibility, integrity, and attention to detail.
  19. Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-growing business environment.
  20. Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
