The Enterprise Partner Solutions (EPS) team is a sales organization accountable for the commercial business of partners with Microsoft Enterprise customers. Its mission is to build and sell Microsoft Cloud, AI and Agentic applications and services with partners, empowering people, and organizations to achieve more.We are hiring for a Partner Solution Sales for Enterprise System Integrators for France. Posting location: Paris.As a Partner Solution Sales resource, your responsibilities will be to develop and execute a Partner Solution Sales and Territory plan with assigned partners. Assigned partners will include partners managed in the SME&C segment that have significant impact with Enterprise customers, including Scale Partners and System Integrators. You will be expected to drive sales through both partner-led and co-sell strategies to achieve quarterly Financial Revenue Attainment (FRA).In your role, you will be responsible for leading your partners' commercial performance and driving sustainable sales impact to customers. You will gain expertise in end-to-end solution selling and drive partner innovation. Your role will involve developing and driving the business strategy between Microsoft and your partner, acting as a trusted advisor and a business leader. You will have the opportunity to enhance your consultative selling skills through Microsoft Customer Engagement Model (MCEM) training and onboarding for your role. Additionally, you will actively seek to further your career through recommended and additional training.You will deliver the sales strategy and will sponsor executive connections, drive business performance and maximize partner investments in your area. You will institute a predictable rhythm with partners and key stakeholders to drive sales execution. Responsibilities- Accountable for the overall strategy and execution of the partner performance and sales results of assigned partners with Enterprise customers.
- You will be responsible for owning the Cloud Solution Area pipeline with assigned partners and for leveraging investment to drive pipeline velocity in our Enterprise customer base. Assigned partners include Scale Partners in France managed in SME&C, System Integrators in France managed by a PDM in SME&C and occasionally, large deals introduced by a partner that is not covered by a PDM.
- Engage CxO leaders as well as France Sales Leaders across the assigned partners to drive alignment on strategy, joint commitments and priorities and overall rhythm of the business to ensure mutual commitment and delivery on the Metrics that Matter, KPIs and execution of priorities that deliver growth.
- You will be accountable for revenue renewals expiring in the current fiscal year and expected to follow T- process to ensure that Microsoft account teams and Partner Sellers are aligned on the expected outcome with a customer renewal. A core focus will be is to drive upsell and cross-sell motions during renewal and mid-term opportunities. This ensures that partners not only renew existing engagements but also expand their footprint across Microsoft's solution areas.
- You will be expected to coach the value of the Microsoft solution area plays to assigned partners and secure their commitment for further solution sales practice acceleration to increase their share of wallet.
- You will be measured on the partner response rate, aiming for 95% for outbound opportunities shared with them by our segment sellers.
- You will be tasked with driving inbound referral sharing for contribution to Qualified Pipe and Top of Funnel.
- You will be responsible for the utilization of investment and incentives to accelerate deals through the sales cycle and to encourage deployment and consumption.
- Your role will also involve supporting the partner in driving top key deals to deliver revenue impact to the business, assisting in removing commercial blockers, and coaching on compete challenges.
Required/minimum qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree AND 6+ years experience in core sales, partner sales, industry or solution selling, marketing, or business development OR equivalent experience.
- Additional or preferred qualificationsDoctorate AND 5+ years experience in core sales, partner sales, industry or solution selling, marketing, or business development OR Master's Degree AND 8+ years experience in core sales, partner sales, industry or solution selling, marketing, or business development OR Bachelor's Degree AND 12+ years experience in core sales, partner sales, industry or solution selling, marketing, or business development OR equivalent experience.
