Nos missions : conseil stratégique en asset management vert, vérification et ou déploiement de reporting énergétique, optimisation des coûts de fourniture énergétique, mise en place et déploiement de schéma directeur visant l'amélioration de la performance énergie et carbone de nos clients.

En forte croissance, nous avons besoin d'un Energy Manager pour renforcer notre pôle existant. Véritable chef de projet, tu participeras avec les équipes au développement d'AEGILIM en prenant en charge un périmètre de reporting et les missions ponctuelles qui te seront confiées.

A ce titre tes attributions principales seront :

-Acquisition et suivi d'un périmètre de reporting en énergie et en eau

oSuivi de la relation client et du projet

oCollecte, qualification des données entrantes, intégration aux outils et reporting de la complétude

oAnalyse des données énergétique en vu d'identifier des actions d'améliorations, des priorités d'interventions…

-Amélioration continue, aux cotés des clients et de l'équipe, des connaissances techniques et énergétique du patrimoine confié.

-Ressortie, vérification, communication des données acquises aux autres prestataires du client.

-Production de livrable (audit d'exploitation, audit et ou déclaration dispositif éco énergie tertiaire, étude CRREM, synthèse de performance par actif, par patrimoine…).

-Réalisation de missions de conseils thématiques.

Profil recherché

-Ingénieur en environnement, thermicien, chef de projet en immobilier durable.

-Rigoureux, curieux, engagé et énergique

-Maitrise des outils de bureautique et notamment excel

-Capacité de rédaction

-Ancienneté : 2 à 5 ans dans un poste équivalent

Rémunération : 40 000,00€ à 45 000,00€ par an
