KEY RESULTS EXPECTED FROM THE ROLE
You will be responsible for ensuring that MG brand remains recognizable, up to date and exciting to customers:
- Define and develop the local translation of the MG brand in France, adapting positioning and identity to the market.
- Strengthen communication, Corporate Identity and conformity, ensuring alignment with overall brand strategy.
- Lead key activations year-round, working with internal teams and agencies to deliver strategic, best-in-class executions across all touchpoints.
- Create and execute effective marketing campaigns and strategies (ads, TV, social media, website) to drive sales, visibility and awareness.
- Manage relationship with creative and media agencies, external partners and different SAIC entities.
- Oversee strong media plan execution and creative asset development, ensuring strategic coherence.
- Develop, coordinate and execute launch strategies for the brand through new product launches and various events.
- Establish and ensure compliance with brand standards and maintain consistency of all communication elements across the marketing-based activities.
- Support short- and long-term strategic planning for the brand.
EXPERIENCE & BACKGROUND
- 5–8 years of experience in brand management or marketing, ideally within the automotive industry.
- Proven experience in developing and executing brand strategies at a national or regional level.
- Strong expertise in integrated marketing campaigns, including media planning, creative development, digital and social media.
- Experience managing agencies (creative, media, production) and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of Corporate Identity, brand guidelines and brand consistency across touchpoints.
- Strong strategic mindset, able to translate market insights into actionable plans and impactful activations.
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to lead projects end-to-end.
- Fluency in French and English (written and spoken).
