We ar e looking for a Engineering Performance Project Manager to come onboard in our Engineering Performance D irectorate in Fernando Barragao 's team : a team of 7 collaborators

Your Mission

• Risk management :

• Responsible to develop and manage the integration of the risk management in the management of the operational performance of the Engineering.

• Continuous Improvement :

• Drive and enable the achievement of operational excellence through the application of the fundamentals of continuous improvement, based on Lean and Right First Time Lean principles, associated methods and approaches such as Lean / Operating Systems, problem solving, quality standards, risk management and anticipation.

• Responsible to develop and deploy a V isual Management method and tool to support the monitor ing of the Financial and Operational performance of the Engineering .

• Coordinate performance reviews

• Assure Visual management consistency

• Drumbeat action plans linked to performance deviations

• Assure the link with Risks managment

• Responsible to deploy internal Assessments within Engineering organization to guarantee the good adherence and conformity to the existing processes.

• Subcontracting:

• To be the reference within the Engineering department on the management of subcontracting. Support the different departments of E on the definition of needs and possible support of service providers. Ensure uniformity within E on the methods and process of subcontracting management

• Project management:

• Carry out the management of cross-functional projects within Engineering related to processes and methods.

About you

• University degree or equivalent

• 5 years experience in a similar function

• Mastery o n certifications EN & ISO requirments

• Good knowledge of PART 21J requirements

• Project management experience

• Pragmatic, good speaker, organized.

• Fluent in English and French (Italian is a plus )

Votre mission

• Responsable de la coordination du suivi et de la résolution des non-conformités issues des audits EN9100, ISO 14001 et P21G

• Identifier les causes racines des non-conformités attribuées au département et mettre en place des plans d'actions d'éradication associés

• Identifier les axes pour améliorer les performances d'ingénierie.

• Mettre en place des plans d'actions associés et assurer le déploiement.

A propos de vous

• Diplôme universitaire ou équivalent

• 5 ans d'expérience dans une fonction similaire

• Bonne connaissance des certifications (EN & ISO)

• Expérience en gestion de projet

• Pragmatique, bon orateur, organisé.

• Maîtrise de l'anglais et du français (l'italien est un plus)
