If so, this position is for you As a change integration advisor, you contribute to change management in our commercial lines insurance sector. You play a key role in promoting projects and initiatives that allow us to better serve our business members and clients as well as reach our potential to be Canada's fifth largest commercial lines property and casualty insurer by 2030 You're adept at breaking down complex information for the teams involved in the change. In addition to supporting the various sponsors and managers, you'll be part of the high-performance, multidisciplinary landing squad that includes all the roles required to implement the changes. More specifically, you will be required to:

  • Collaborate with project teams and contributors involved to develop change management strategies and plans for the commercial lines property and casualty insurance sector

  • Ensure these strategies and plans are rolled out successfully

  • Participate in and/or implement the required collaboration mechanisms with the sectors

  • Ensure the production of all deliverables in close collaboration with the various contributors involved

  • If needed, draft certain communications

  • Assess the outcomes of strategies and actions, their benefits and the service quality, and adjust the plan as needed

What you bring to the table

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field

  • A minimum of four years of relevant experience in change management

  • Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered

  • Experience collaborating positively with various partners

  • Knowledge of French required

  • Intermediate advanced proficiency of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients

  • Expertise in drafting quality deliverables, mainly in PowerPoint
