Founded in 2018, The Brand Collector is the first sourcing and distribution solution dedicated to second-hand luxury professionals.

Experienced in working alongside several hundred partners (marketplaces, department stores, depot-sales, personal shoppers, etc.), The Brand Collector is expanding its network day by day with a simple goal: to become the world leader in the distribution of second-hand luxury goods between professionals.

The Brand Collector is aware of environmental issues and the impact of current consumption patterns, and aims to offer a more responsible and accessible alternative to the coveted world of luxury.

Vos missions

In collaboration with the B2B team, your missions will be as follows:

  • Qualify inbound leads and prospect new accounts (cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Identify prospects' needs, present tailored solutions, and book meetings for the sales team.
  • Handle daily customer relations (order follow-up, specific needs, customer care).
  • Find solutions that meet customer expectations while aligning with the company's objectives.
  • Maintain HubSpot CRM with all lead, opportunity, order, and meeting data.
  • Participate in weekly reporting with the sales team.
  • Support continuous improvement of sales processes and share best practices.
Vos compétences
  • Interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to quickly build trust and persuade.

  • Strong negotiation skills.

  • Strong hunter mindset, resilience, and results-oriented approach.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize effectively.

  • Comfortable with CRM tools (HubSpot is a plus).

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and SPANISH or DUTCH.

  • Team player, versatile, and motivated by challenges.

  • An interest in the world of luxury goods and leather goods would be a great plus.
