A propos de l'équipe

L'équipe Payments & Checkout a pour objectif de développer un système de paiement fluide, sécurisé, robuste,  permettant à nos clients d'augmenter leur taux de conversion. Une fois le paiement effectué, l'équipe est également responsable de l'expérience de confirmation (écran, email, …).  L'équipe travaille avec les leaders de l'industrie afin de construire l'offre de paiement la plus complète et ouverte du marché.

Notre équipe Product & Tech (200 personnes basées à Paris, Barcelone, Bordeaux, et Nantes) a développé une culture dans laquelle l'agilité et l'esprit d'équipe sont au service de l'innovation. Nous gardons un esprit "startup" avec des équipes autonomes de 3 à 8 personnes qui sont focalisées sur un thème produit avec une grande liberté d'innovation et d'expérimentation.

L'équipe Payment & Checkout est composée d'un Sr. Product Manager et une équipe de 4 développeurs expérimentés basés à Paris. Votre manager sera le Sr Product Manager de l'équipe.

Les missions

En tant que Project Management Intern de l'équipe Payments & Checkout, votre rôle sera d'accompagner le Sr Product Manager dans le développement de notre solution de paiement D-EDGE Pay.

1. D-EDGE PAY OPERATIONS

  • Coordination de l'onboarding de nouveaux clients

  • Suivi de clients existants : compréhension de leurs besoins, collecte de feedbacks, analyse des irritants

  • Collaboration avec les Account Managers : prise de feedback, identification des opportunités d'amélioration

  • Contribution à l'implémentation et l'optimisation de process opérationnels

2. PILOTAGE PRODUIT

  • Suivi des opérations produit : création de tickets JIRA, backlog, rédaction de spécifications...

  • Participation au rituels de l'équipe (Daily, Grooming, Démo, Planning, Rétro)

  • Contribution au processus de construction de la roadmap produit (collecte d'insights, priorisation, structuration)
