Project Manager Supply - Line Solutions (W/M/D)
YOUR OPPORTUNITY

Au sein de SIDEL, le Chef de projets Line Solutions est responsable de la bonne exécution des projets, en coordination étroite avec les équipes d'ingénierie, des achats et des approvisionnements. Garant de la satisfaction client, il veille au respect des délais, des exigences techniques et de la qualité attendue, tout en assurant une communication fluide et un pilotage rigoureux des différentes étapes du projet.

YOUR MISSION

Le Chef de Projets Line
Solutions s'assure de l'exécution des projets avec les équipes d'ingénierie, il répond aux besoins
des clients en respectant les délais et qualité attendus, surveille la maitrise
des coûts. 

Réaliser

  • Lancer et suivre les projets Line Solutions
  • Créer les nomenclatures d'approvisionnement.
  • Prélever les pièces du stock et assurer la consolidation des nomenclatures
    d'approvisionnement
  • Créer les documents d'expéditions documentés. 

Participer

  • Suivre le montage et la réalisation du produit à l'atelier de prémontage dans
    le respect des jalons
  • Rendre compte de la performance auprès de la direction
  • Contribuer à l'atteinte des objectifs Groupe (vente, marge, qualité, délai…)
  • Collaborer avec les différents services nécessaires à l'exécution des projets
  • Participer aux réunions avec les zones et les supporter sur les projets.

Analyser

  • Analyser et lancer les projets, utiliser les outils Groupe pour le lancement
    des projets
  • Etudier les résultats et diagnostiquer les écarts pour préparer les actions correctives

Optimiser

  • Préconiser des actions permettant l'amélioration des performances
  • Anticiper les dérives en proposant des actions préventives
  • Adapter les processus, les méthodes de travail afin d'atteindre les objectifs
  • Accompagner et développer la politique qualité permettant l'amélioration
    continue

Communiquer

  • Informer les régions des différents jalons du projet et partager les dates clés
  • Echanger avec la direction et les zones sur les actions nécessaires ou en cours
    pour améliorer les conditions et performances
  • Dialoguer et partager avec les équipes
  • Promouvoir des solutions d'amélioration

Animer

  • Partager son savoir pour améliorer la qualité et les performances de l'équipe
  • Participer et piloter les réunions de lancement et de suivi des projets
YOUR PROFILE
  • Niveau
    Bac+3, Profil international
  • Au minimum 10 ans d'expérience dans la fonction gestion de projets, dans un
    environnement industriel
  • Connaissance des techniques et produits 
  • Anglais exigé
