CONTEXTE

En tant que membre de l'équipe Digital, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la transformation digitale de nos clients.

MISSIONS

En tant que IT Project Manager, vous aurez les responsabilités de :

  • Gérer de manière proactive la relation avec le(s) client(s), en veillant à un haut niveau de satisfaction ;
  • Planifier, organiser, contrôler et évaluer les opérations de manière à assurer le respect des engagements contractuels ;
  • Apporter de l'expertise à l'activité commerciale de l'équipe (Proposition technique/Chiffrage/…) ;
  • Assurer la qualité du service fourni et en superviser la gestion ainsi que le reporting ;
  • Mettre en place des améliorations continues pour garantir la pérennité des contrats.

CANDIDAT RECHERCHÉ : VOUS

Vous avez suivi une formation d'excellence (BAC +5), mais au-delà du diplôme obtenu :

  • Vous avez une expérience de 3 ans minimum (idéalement plus de 5 ans) dans la gestion de projets et/ou la relation commerciale ;
  • Vous avez une expertise du marché cible , des connaissances globales des fonctions d'une entreprise de transformation digitale ;

  • Vous connaissez le management fonctionnel et technique des équipes, le travail en mode projet ;

  • Vous construisez une relation de confiance avec les équipes, les prospects, clients et partenaires.

  • Vous êtes rigoureux, organisé et orienté résultats.
  • Vous possédez d'excellentes compétences en communication et en leadership.
  • Au-delà des compétences, nous recherchons une personnalité curieuse ayant le goût de l'engagement
