Job description
As an Agronomist / breeding project Manager, you will be at the intersection of plant breeding, data, and digital transformation.
Your mission is to ensure the successful deployment and continuous improvement of our Bloomeo suite, our new software dedicated to managing breeding, testings or biologicals programs— helping innovative companies in agronomy and plant breeding streamline their processes, and make smarter breeding decisions.
- Lead SaaS software implementation projects from start to finish: coordinate planning, delivery and adoption with clients ranging from SMEs to large organizations.
- Collaborate with Doriane's agronomy, sales, R&D, and data teams to ensure our software reaches our clients' expected outcomes.
- Translate field and client feedback into product improvements and new features, working closely with Doriane internal Product and Tech teams.
- Train and support users, lead change management, organize workshops, understand clients' breeding processes, and guide toward best practices in digital and data management.
- Contribute to national and international R&I collaboations projects, leveraging Bloomeo to structure and analyze complex multi-site datasets and advance breeding research.
Preferred experience
- From 3–7 years in agronomy
- Solid background in plant breeding processes, field trial design and data analysis
- Interest in digital tools, SaaS platforms, and data-driven agriculture
- Fluent in English (another European language is a plus, especially Spanish or German)
- Autonomous, structured, and proactive, with strong communication skills
- Passionate about innovation and sustainable agriculture
