Exploité par le réseau SGH, le Moxy Paris Bastille vise avant tout une clientèle venant des Etats-Unis qui recherche une superbe localisation dans le quartier Branché Bastille-Marais. Nos clients, des milléniaux hyperactifs, vivent à 100 à l'heure avec une frontière vie privée/vie professionnelle qui est de plus en plus floue.

Le Crew Member est chargé de l'accueil et du suivi des clients à n'importe quel moment de la journée. Elle/Il est aussi amenée à prendre le relai ponctuellement avec ses collaborateurs du Bar.

  • Assure une très bon service aux clients, proposant une expérience formidable et surprenante
  • Assure l'ensemble des fonctions d'accueil des clients avec une Fun attitude
  • S'implique dans la commercialisation des prestations du Moxy conformément aux standards de la marque
  • Assure le lien avec les collaborateurs bar, restauration, digital, sales
  • Est en charge de sa caisse et de son fonds de caisse
  • Réalise des attentions personnalisés pour surprendre nos clients (Hookup)

  • Prends plaisir à faire plaisir

  • Maîtrise des logiciels Opéra, Marsha

  • Bonne expression orale et écrite en langue Anglaise et Française
  • Une troisième langue est appréciée
  • Travail en équipe en mode collaboratif
  • Sens de la communication très fort
  • Avoir le sens de l'accueil, savoir aller vers le client, être prêt à faire des efforts supplémentaires pour garantir la satisfaction du client
