Raison d'être du poste

Traduire la stratégie business en enjeux humains afin de déployer les actions RH qui contribueront à la performance globale, en mettant en œuvre la politique RH sur son périmètre.
Le titulaire est membre de l'équipe de direction des Business Units qu'il accompagne, afin d'être pleinement impliqué dans les enjeux business. Il incarne la raison d'être de la fonction RH.

  • Expertise RH des métiers de son périmètre.
  • Connaissance des talents et accompagnement de leur développement et fidélisation.

  • Positionnement de la fonction RH comme interlocuteur stratégique et incontournable.
Missions clés

Pour réaliser la raison d'être du poste, le titulaire :

  • Anime les processus et démarches RH sur son périmètre :
    • Acquisition et développement des talents.
    • Plan de succession et revue des talents.
    • Revue des salaires.
    • Engagement et épanouissement des collaborateurs (Great Place to Work).
  • Identifie les compétences clés (présentes et futures) pour soutenir la performance business.
  • Accompagne les transformations en déployant, avec chaque Directeur, les stratégies de gestion du changement.
  • Garantit l'alignement entre les priorités business et les agendas RH.
