DriiveMe was launched in France in 2012, and now has more than 1.5 million users, 10,000 Pro drivers, moves over 5,000 vehicles per month, is present in over 7 European countries and is doubling in size every year.

DriiveMe allows members of the public to book 1E one-way car or van rentals by moving vehicles for car rental companies who need to carry out the same movements inexpensively. It's a win-win With its state-of-the-art and fully digitised platform DriiveMe also offers professionally driven (Pro) vehicle movements to businesses and private individuals.

You have the opportunity to join an exciting, young and dynamic start-up which is in the midst of international development. Reporting to the Germany Country Manager, the position offers an opportunity for fast career progression.



Profil recherché

You have the opportunity to join an exciting, young and dynamic start-up which is in the midst of international development. Reporting to the germany country manager, the position offers an opportunity for fast career progression

Main responsibilities :

Execution of operational activities linked to the germany business

· Liaising with clients directly on operational matters which may arise

· Ensuring that missions uploaded by clients have been inputted correctly

· Handling issues that may arise at all stages of the mission cycle including booking problems, platform issues, user delays/absences, vehicle problems, processing penalties etc

· Assisting with driver recruitment and training

· Helping find drivers for missions and adjusting driver pay where necessary

· Regular communication with driver community in order to keep the drivers engaged

· Updating driver and client invoices according to mission cancellations/modifications

· Participating in driver/driver company recruitment, vetting and training

· Staying on top of all daily housekeeping and admin activities

· Supporting Customer Services with calls and emails from our clients, drivers and users

* Fixed salary plus commission

Required Profile

· University degree or work experience in related field
· Automotive industry experience (dealers, car rental, fleet etc) preferable
· German Native and bilingual in English or french
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to multi-task
· Proficiency in software use including Excel, PowerPoint, Google tools etc
· Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced and dynamic start-up environment
· High degree of motivation and ability to work autonomously
· Person with entrepreneurial mindset who understands that with an early-stage rapidly-growing start-up, the sky is the limit for those who are prepared to put in the hard work, focus and commitment
