We are continuously seeking talented Sales Specialists across Europe to join our Sales Team. This is an open opportunity for ambitious, commercially minded professionals—wherever you are based in Europe—who are eager to exceed targets and make a real impact.
About the Role
As a Sales Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in executing our strategy for long-term, balanced growth. You will proactively identify and pursue new prospects and opportunities with both new and existing customers, collaborating closely with Account Managers, Solutions Leaders, Customer Success Managers, Sales Enablement colleagues, and others at LSEG.
Key Responsibilities

- Build valuable connections within client organizations, leveraging your network to unlock new opportunities.
- Integrate industry trends and personal experience to deliver value and inspire confidence in customers.
- Proactively analyze customer workflows to identify solutions selling and cross-business deal-making opportunities, maximizing contract value.
- Advance opportunities efficiently through sales stages, anticipating and overcoming obstacles to exceed close rate expectations.
- Handle administrative tasks (proposals, benchmark calculators, CRM updates) with pace and efficiency.
What We're Looking For
- Experience with financial data vendors is highly preferred.
- Strong commercial acumen and a proven track record in sales, ideally within the investment management or wealth management sectors.
- Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively in a hybrid, pan-European team environment.
- Proficiency in any European language is a massive plus; multilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
- A degree or equivalent experience is required.
Why Join Us?
You will receive comprehensive training and coaching on our LSEG products, commercial policies, CRM tools, and more. You'll be part of a supportive, collaborative team that values your growth and success. If you are driven, adaptable, and ready to take your sales career to the next level in a leading global organization, we want to hear from you.
