Ils recherchent leur head of sales pour structurer l'équipe existante et la faire grandir.

LA MISSION

  • Structuration & exécution de la stratégie commerciale en France et à l'international
  • Management d'une équipe Sales en pleine expansion
  • Optimisation des outils, process & rituels de performance
  • Suivi d'un pipe actif, interventions sur des cycles stratégiques
  • Collaboration forte avec les équipes produit & marketing

PROFIL RECHERCHÉ

  • min. 5 dans le SaaS B2B
  • avoir déjà managé une équipe
  • expérience startup/scale up internationale
  • idéalement connaitre la greentech
