Land Manager

Areas of Responsibility:

The land manager pilots, in conjunction with the project managers (chef de projet), the land management and the community relations for the development of new wind/solar projects, as well as for preparation of construction phase. In particular, the land manager will focus on asset defense of repowering projects.

The main responsibilities are (non-exhaustive list):

• Analyze Land Feasibility
• Collect data from landowners and farmers
• Collaborate with the cartographic department to select and define areas to secure according to preliminary layout definition
• Coordinate with project managers on the layout definition
• Secure the land plots by signing lease promises with landowners
• Perform periodic assessments of the progress of the activity to identify possible problems/risks and evaluate alternatives
• Follow signature of leases in front of notary
• Update of databases, and other tools/files for land management
• Maintain relationships with landowners throughout the development phase until the end of the construction of the farm and throughout the operation phase
• Report information from the territory to project managers
• Calculate indexation of land contracts and preparation of land payments

Studies:

Real estate or commercial.

Work Experience:

Minimum 3/5 years of experience in the field of land management (telecom/urbanism) or real estate or agriculture / farms sales.

Languages:

• B2 English;
• Italian would be a plus.

IT Skills:

• Office package (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
• Ideally GIS and/or SAP Real Estate

Additional Information:

• Work Place: Amiens or Fruges (or Paris)
• Driving licence B and frequent business trips are mandatory
