CONTEXT

Our clients are multinational companies wishing to harmonize and rationalize their procurement and operation of leased company cars. The full-service lease product is evolving with multiple bundled drivers' services (accident management, door to door, fine management…) and outsourced driver management, when client chooses sole supply, including all steps from configuration to return of the car. Mobility solutions are considered in mature markets. ALD Flex is launched as a supplement to the historical FSL product, it's also a source of differentiation. Services are increasingly digitized to improve driver experience; this creates an opportunity to improve efficiencies within ALD operations.

Clients operate with a complex set up of suppliers, contractors ('Fleeters' and/or fleet consultants) and partners with nuances across countries. Client satisfaction requires first class account management including coordination of countries to deliver and document measurable TCO savings while ensuring continuous improvement in service levels over time. ALD SA will become a financial holding company, accordingly new requirements for credit risk management need to be implemented.

 

MISSION

The primary mission of the department is to manage and develop the International Key Accounts products, applications, reporting and increase customer loyalty. Our clients are large multinational corporations in all sectors wishing to harmonize and rationalize their procurement of company cars, mobility solutions and fleet management services over a wide geographical area.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Digital Applications

Manage the users administration (create, update) in conformity with GDPRAct as a proxy product owner to participate to the sprint meetings, tests (UAT) to validate new features and/or new data, mock upsManage support level 1 with SalesManage the different analysis studiesCreate and update different dashboards, reports in various toolsBe proactive in bringing ideas for improvementsCreate videos for trainings, user guides etc

Data

Create the tickets and follow up the status until the closure in a timely mannerConduct the first level of analysisValidate the quality of the data in framework of the different projects or specific short term projects

Web analytics (Matomo) :

Create new KPIs/graphs/dashboardsMake full use of the tool's featuresManage analysis and associated recommandations

You will have the opportunity to work on various applications\: digital application for international Customers, PowerBI, CRM, Matomo, Sharepoint and more
