Vos missions

Description et livrables de la prestation

Mission principale :

Piloter la livraison end-to-end des actifs partagés en intelligence artificielle générative (GenAI) au sein de plusieurs entités internationales, en garantissant leur alignement avec les objectifs stratégiques, les délais et les standards de qualité définis.

Responsabilités clés

- Gestion de projet

- Assurer la conduite intégrale des projets GenAI, de la conception à la mise en œuvre, en coordination avec les équipes techniques et métiers.

-Développer et suivre des plans projet détaillés, garantissant le respect des jalons et livrables dans des délais contraints.

- Mettre en place des processus de gouvernance solides, incluant la production de reportings réguliers à destination du management.

Collaboration et coordination

- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes métiers, Product Owners, Business Analysts, AI Engineers et équipes locales dans différents pays

- Assurer la collecte et la clarification des besoins, gérer les attentes et favoriser la collaboration entre les parties prenantes.

- Créer un lien fort et durable entre des équipes multiculturelles et distribuées à travers le monde.

Conception et déploiement des actifs GenAI

- Superviser la planification, la conception et la généralisation d'actifs GenAI réutilisables.

- Piloter leur implémentation à l'international, en veillant à leur intégration cohérente dans les processus existants.

- Identifier les risques potentiels et mettre en œuvre des stratégies de mitigation proactive.

Adoption et prévente

- Contribuer activement à la promotion et à l'adoption des solutions développées.

- Adopter une posture de prévente interne, en accompagnant les équipes locales et les sponsors dans la valorisation des solutions.

- Participer à la stratégie de diffusion et de montée en puissance des outils d'IA générative.

Amélioration continue

- Capitaliser sur les retours d'expérience pour enrichir les méthodologies et améliorer la performance des futurs projets.

- Favoriser une culture d'innovation et d'apprentissage continu dans la conduite de projets IA.

Vos compétences

Expertise exigée :

Compétences techniques :

5 ans d'expérience minimum

  • Solide expertise en IA générative et technologies associées.
  • Connaissance des méthodologies agiles, notamment SAFe (certifications PSPO, Scrum Master, ou équivalent appréciées).
  • Maîtrise des outils et méthodes de gestion de projet.
  • Une expérience dans le secteur de l'assurance (claims, underwriting, santé) est un plus.
  • Formation d'ingénieur ou background technique souhaité.

Compétences fonctionnelles et comportementales

  • Expérience confirmée dans la gestion de projets complexes et internationaux, impliquant plusieurs entités et fuseaux horaires.
  • Excellente capacité de communication et d'influence, apte à embarquer les parties prenantes et à promouvoir la valeur des projets.
  • Forte aptitude à la résolution de problèmes et à la prise de décision stratégique.
  • Leadership collaboratif, orienté résultats, capable de fédérer des équipes pluridisciplinaires à distance.
  • Anglais courant obligatoire (langue de travail quotidienne).
