What To Expect

Our 6 months Internship Programme starts with a comprehensive training programme designed to develop a sound understanding of our product lines, our clients & our business strategies. The candidate will be part of the Debt Capital Markets CEE / Italy coverage team and will work with the product specialists.  The successful candidate will have the opportunity to be involved in the following daily activities:

• Market monitoring
• Presentation preparation
• Excel model keeping/improvement
• Client communication / market updates
• Bond and Loan pricings

• have a strong interest in financial markets
• have excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• have high levels of motivation and integrity
• have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Have excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• be innovative and have the ability to generate new and creative ideas
• have obtained a minimum 2:1 within the last 12 months, or be in line for a minimum 2:1 (or equivalent) at undergraduate level;
• ideally have previous DCM / Investment Banking experience
• Fluency in English is a must and in addition languages like Russian and / or Italian are preferred
