Fort de plus de 20 ans d'expérience, Spartner Event & Consulting contribue à l'organisation des plus grands événements sportifs en France et à l'international (JO 2024, Coupe du Monde de Rugby 2023, Mondiaux de Ski…).

Missions et tâches principales (non exhaustives)

En tant que chef·fe de projet événementiel Junior, v

ous participerez activement à l'organisation de grands événements sportifs internationaux, en particulier sur les volets hébergement et transport.

Vos principales missions seront les suivantes :

  • Participer à la

coordination opérationnelle de Grands Événements Sportifs
- Gérer, en lien avec l'équipe Event, l'o

rganisation logistique des déplacements d'équipes nationales (France & étranger)
- Réaliser le s

ourcing,

la

négociation,

les

achats et

la

contractualisation de prestations (hôtels, transports, transferts, et autres services liés à l'événementiel)
- Gestion des réservations et suivi administratif (ventes, facturation, back-office)
- Accueil et accompagnement de délégations sportives étrangères sur site
- Participation active à la cellule d'organisation des événements
- Mise à jour et suivi des bases de données produits, clients et outils internes

(ERP, CRM etc.)

Profil recherché

  • Profil junior, expérience de 1 à 3 ans souhaitée
  • Excellent esprit d'équipe et aisance relationnelle

- Pragmatique, rigoureux·se, méthodique et respectueux·se des délais
- Capacité à évoluer dans un environnement dynamique, international et exigeant
- Bonne connaissance du mouvement sportif français et international
- Anglais courant indispensable
- Excellentes qualités rédactionnelles
- Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Localisation : Paris – déplacements France/ week-end et jours fériés travaillés occasionnels

  • Package fixe + variable
