The Telecom, Media & Entertainment team benefits from an unparalleled track-record in its industry and works on M&A deals across the whole EMEA region and beyond, based in Paris. Recent transactions include the sale of Iliad's tower assets in France and Italy to Cellnex (€2.6bn EV),the spin-off of Altice USA ($40bn EV) and the acquisition of Irish incumbent Eir by Xavier Niel's holding ($4.1bn EV).

We are seeking an intern from January 2026, for a period of 6 months. This position is based in Paris.

We'll trust you to:

• Perform detailed sector and company research
• Prepare presentation and business cases on specific situation
• Conduct strategic and financial analysis
• Assist the team in company valuations and financial modeling

You'll need to have:

• Strong academic background from a top class degree(s) in finance from a leading university/school;
• Required experience in investment banking;
• Hard skills: Strong analytical and modelling skills, strong investment banking skills (process management notably);
• Soft skills: Excellent communication and teamwork skills, autonomy, customer-focused;
• Fluent in French and English.
