Descriptif du poste
Rattaché au Directeur des opérations, vous accompagnez nos clients et coordonnez la réalisation du projet de la signature à la livraison du bateau.
Vous cherchez à répondre aux attentes des clients tout en vous assurant de la faisabilité technique des demandes, du respect des dates de définition et des valeurs de la marque. Vous serez en relation étroite avec le Bureau d'Etudes et le département production.
Vous serez également en charge de la livraison administrative des bateaux de vos clients.
Vous pouvez être amené à participer également à certains salons nautiques afin de renforcer la présence commerciale sur ces différents évènements.
Profil recherché
Diplômé/e d'une formation Bac+3-Bac+5 à dominante Ingénierie, vous justifiez d'une expérience de 2 ans minimum dans le secteur du nautisme et d'une expertise dans les voiliers. Vous maitrisez tous les aspects techniques de l'équipement d'un bateau et de son usage.
Vous disposez d'un excellent relationnel, vous êtes persévérant, tenace, maîtrisez l'outil informatique et êtes bilingue en anglais.
De nature curieux, réactif, agile et organisé vous avez un bon sens du service client.
