Tasks
  • Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to company policies.
  • Oversee workflows, timelines, and team coordination.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers in French and English.
  • Support high-end renovation and property service delivery.

    Help streamline and scale our operational systems.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to support the company's growth and profitability goals.
Requirements

Strong operational and organisational skills.

Bilingual: French & English (written and spoken)

Experience in operations and administration, ideally within a high-end, client-facing environment such as luxury property, design, hospitality, or private client services. A structured, solutions-oriented mindset.
