About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Sales & Channel Support Executive to support our sales team and channel partners in driving growth and operational excellence within North America, extending into Latin America. This is a dynamic role that requires strong collaboration, adaptability, and a customer-focused mindset. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-changing environment and is willing to take on additional or evolving responsibilities as business needs change.
Key Responsibilities
Partner closely with the sales teams, channel partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to support sales initiatives, customers, programs and go-to-market efforts
Serve as a key point of contact and intermediary for channel partners, ensuring clear communication, timely support and alignment with the Sales Team goals and company objectives
Support pricing, deal structures, program incentives, channel program utilization, contracts, and sales processes in collaboration with sales and finance teams
Monitor market trends, partner performance, and sales data to identify risks, opportunities, and areas of improvement.
Drive business performance by proactively identifying and leading change initiatives by gathering actionable insights, sharing feedback through appropriate internal channels, and driving improvements that maximize or improve revenue outcomes, optimize processes for efficiency, and capture overlooked opportunities.
The role holder operates as a self-starter and consistently identifies and acts on new opportunities to improve sales efficiency, partner engagement, and customer satisfaction. Take full ownership of evolving priorities, improving processes and support models while adapting quickly to changing business needs.
Communicate changes related to products, programs, or processes to sales teams and partners to ensure effective execution
Act as a central connector between sales teams, partners, and internal functions to ensure smooth execution, alignment, and consistent delivery of commercial initiatives
Remain flexible and take on additional or evolving responsibilities, as required by the business
Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience in sales support and channel operations at a senior level
Must be able to communicate in English and Spanish. Working knowledge of French is an added advantage.
Prior experience within the Atlassian ecosystem is essential
Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
Results-driven, organized and capable of managing multiple priorities
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented organization
