You are joining our Research & Strategy team at AEW, which is looking for a Analyst for a 6 month internship from February

In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be:

• Production of syntheses, presentation support, analyses and prospective studies;
• Analysis of new investment or financing opportunities, in close collaboration with the investment teams;
• Research of information and market analysis within the framework of the development of new investment strategies;
• Participation in reflections on study and research themes, and contribution to the research and foresight work carried out by the team;
• Documentary watch on developments in the real estate industry: regulation, innovations, mapping of actors, search for new data sources;
• Statistical analyses from our internal and external databases, implementation of datavisualization/GIS tools;
• Participation in organizing webinars and events.

Student at the level of Bac +4/5, you prepare a diploma (business school or engineering), with a specialization in finance and/or real estate/urbanism. You have the capacity for statistical, economic, financial analysis, synthesis and writing.

You master the Office package, in particular Word, Excel, Powerpoint / PowerBi. Data visualization or GIS skills are a plus.

You have autonomy and adaptability.

You follow the financial and real estate news and you have team spirit.

You have excellent interpersonal skills and a very good ability to listen.

You are: autonomous, proactive and curious.
