Le rôle & l'équipe

Pour accompagner la transformation et les ambitions de croissance du Business HPS, nous recherchons notre futur(e) Demand Planning Leader (H/F) en CDI.
Le poste est basé à Lestrem ou La Madeleine (près de Lille, France) et couvre l'ensemble des géographies où notre Business Unit Health & Pharma Solutions (HPS) opère.
Vous reporterez directement au Head of Global Planning.

Nos équipes

Les équipes Global Planning jouent un rôle stratégique dans la performance de la Supply Chain et la satisfaction client.
Elles travaillent en étroite collaboration avec les fonctions Commerciales, Marketing, Finance et Supply Chain pour anticiper la demande, optimiser les stocks et garantir un service fiable et efficace à l'échelle mondiale.

Leur mission

Assurer une planification de la demande robuste et intégrée, permettant :

  • d'optimiser les niveaux de stock,
  • d'améliorer la performance du service,
  • et de soutenir une croissance durable des revenus dans toutes les régions.

Le/la Demand Planning Leader sera également acteur(trice) opérationnel(le) en tant que demand planner pour une ou plusieurs lignes de produits.

Dans ce contexte, votre mission

Vous serez responsable de définir et exécuter la stratégie globale de Demand Planning, en alignant les processus, les outils et les équipes pour garantir des prévisions fiables et une excellence opérationnelle.
Vous managerez une équipe internationale de demand planners et piloterez des initiatives de transformation digitale et d'amélioration continue.

Votre expérience et vos talents feront la différence pour :

Définir & déployer la stratégie globale de Demand Planning
  • Élaborer et mettre en œuvre la stratégie de planification de la demande en cohérence avec les objectifs de l'entreprise et les dynamiques du marché.
  • Piloter le processus global de Demand Review (S&OP), en assurant l'alignement entre la demande, l'offre et les objectifs financiers.
  • Intégrer les données business (Commercial, Finance, Marketing) dans les prévisions pour améliorer leur fiabilité.
Manager & développer les équipes
  • Encadrer et accompagner une équipe de demand planners régionaux et globaux.
  • Instaurer une culture d'excellence, de collaboration et d'amélioration continue.
  • Développer les compétences et favoriser la montée en expertise des équipes.
Optimiser les outils & processus
  • Superviser les systèmes et outils de planification, en pilotant les initiatives d'automatisation et de transformation digitale.
  • Promouvoir les meilleures pratiques et la standardisation des processus à l'échelle mondiale.
  • Exploiter les technologies avancées (IA, Machine Learning) pour améliorer la précision des prévisions.
Piloter la performance & influencer les décisions
  • Suivre la précision des prévisions et les biais par région ; mettre en place des actions correctives et des meilleures pratiques.
  • Définir et suivre les KPIs clés pour la fonction Demand Planning.
  • Présenter les analyses et insights aux équipes dirigeantes pour orienter les décisions stratégiques.
  • Contribuer à la planification des cycles de vie produits (lancements, transitions, fin de vie).

Formation
  • Diplôme Bac+5 en Supply Chain, Commerce, Ingénierie ou équivalent (MBA ou Master apprécié).
Expérience
  • Minimum 5 ans d'expérience en demand planning, forecasting ou supply chain, avec une portée internationale.
  • Expérience confirmée dans la conduite de transformations et le management d'équipes transverses.
  • Connaissance des environnements B2B pharma ou santé.
Compétences
  • Maîtrise des systèmes avancés de planification (SAP IBP, OMP Solutions…).
  • Solides compétences analytiques et maîtrise des outils de data visualisation (Power BI, Tableau…).
  • Excellentes aptitudes en communication, leadership et gestion des parties prenantes.
  • Certifications APICS/IBF (CPIM, CSCP, CPF) appréciées.
  • Familiarité avec les approches IA/ML pour la prévision et les initiatives supply chain digitales.

Langues : Maîtrise de l'anglais indispensable (écrit et oral). Testé en entretien.

Mobilité : Déplacements internationaux ponctuels.

The Role & the Team

To support the transformation and growth ambitions of the HPS Business, we are looking for our next Demand Planning Leader (M/F).
The position is based in Lestrem or La Madeleine (near Lille, France) and covers all geographies where HPS operates.
You will report directly to the Head of Global Planning.

Our Teams

The Global Planning teams play a strategic role in driving supply chain performance and customer satisfaction.
They work closely with Commercial, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain functions to anticipate demand, optimize inventory, and ensure reliable and efficient service worldwide.

Their Mission

To deliver robust and integrated demand planning, enabling:

  • optimized inventory levels,
  • improved service performance,
  • and sustainable revenue growth across all regions.

The Demand Planning Leader will also act as demand planner for one or more in-scope business lines.

In This Context, Your Mission

You will be responsible for defining and executing the global demand planning strategy, aligning processes, tools, and teams to deliver accurate forecasts and operational excellence.
You will lead an international team of demand planners and drive digital transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Define & Deploy the Global Demand Planning Strategy

  • Develop and implement the demand planning strategy aligned with corporate goals and market dynamics.
  • Own the global Demand Review process (part of S&OP), ensuring alignment between demand, supply, and financial targets.
  • Integrate business intelligence from Commercial, Finance, and Marketing into forecasts for improved accuracy.

Lead & Develop Teams

  • Manage and mentor a team of regional and global demand planners.
  • Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Build capabilities and enable skill development across the team.

Optimize Tools & Processes

  • Oversee demand planning systems and tools, driving automation and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Promote best practices and process standardization across all regions.
  • Leverage advanced technologies (AI/ML) to enhance forecast accuracy.

Drive Performance & Influence Decisions

  • Monitor forecast accuracy and bias across regions; implement corrective actions and best practices.
  • Define and track KPIs for global demand planning performance.
  • Present demand insights and risks to executive leadership to influence strategic decisions.
  • Support product lifecycle planning, including launches, transitions, and end-of-life strategies.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA or Master's preferred).

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain leadership with global scope.
  • Proven track record in leading planning transformations and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in B2B pharma or healthcare industries.

Skills

  • Expertise in advanced planning systems (SAP IBP, OMP Solutions, etc.).
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills; proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • APICS/IBF certifications (CPIM, CSCP, CPF) are a plus.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML-driven forecasting and digital supply chain initiatives.

Languages: Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential.

Mobility: Occasional international travel required.
