Description

Within a Group IT department, you will work as an Atlassian Expert to support internal teams in the deployment, migration, and administration of Jira/Confluence/Xray environments, adhering to Atlassian best practices. You will contribute to the migration to Atlassian Cloud, the standardization of processes, and the implementation of automation and governance tools.

Main responsibilities:

  • Supporting internal clients in the deployment and administration of their Jira projects.
  • Configuring and adapting workflows, fields, automations, and RBAC rules (user and role management).
  • Administering Jira Xray: adapting test workflows, managing campaigns, automations, and reporting.
  • Contributing to the Atlassian Cloud migration:
  • Finalizing and packaging the common migration process.
  • Implementing the deployment strategy.
  • Migrating client projects and supporting entities (coaching, training, support).
  • Administering Confluence (spaces, permissions, templates, integrations).
  • Develop/automate recurring tasks using Python scripts.
  • Participate in agile rituals and ensure technical documentation and communication.

Desired Profile

  • 5 to 7 years of experience in Jira/Confluence/Xray administration.
  • Complete mastery of the Atlassian suite (projects, permissions, automations, integrations).
  • Solid experience with Jira Xray (testing, workflows, BDD/ATDD/Gherkin).
  • Good knowledge of Python scripting for automation and Atlassian APIs.
  • Proven experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Scrumban).
  • Excellent communication, synthesis and teaching skills.
  • Fluent English (written/spoken level B1-B2 minimum).
