Your JobYour mission is to fuel Sparteo's international growth by identifying, hunting, and closing top-tier talents in the Programmatic ecosystem. You are not just filling seats; you are the primary Ambassador of Sparteo's culture, ensuring every candidate feels our values. You act as a strategic partner to our leaders while continuously optimizing and automating our recruitment machine to ensure efficiency and speed.
Responsibilities- Expert Sourcing & Headhunting
- Market Mapping: Map the ecosystem of SSPs, DSPs, and Adtech competitors to identify potential targets.
- Direct Approach: Craft hyper-personalized outreach sequences to engage passive candidates in a highly competitive niche.
- Pipeline Management: Build and nurture a healthy talent pool for recurring needs (Account Managers, AdOps, Developers), anticipating future growth.
- Process Construction & Automation
- Continuous Improvement: You don't just follow the process; you build it. You constantly look for ways to optimize workflows and reduce friction.
- Automation: You love efficiency. You will leverage tools (Teamtailor, Zapier, AI) to automate low-value tasks, allowing you to focus on the human aspect of recruiting.
- Data Integrity: Ensure rigorous tracking to provide accurate reporting on KPIs.
- Strategic Advisory & Manager Support
- Challenging the Need: Partner with Hiring Managers to define the exact need. You are expected to challenge unrealistic expectations and align them with market reality.
- Closing Partnership: Lead the negotiation strategy hand-in-hand with the manager, advising them on the best approach to secure the candidate.
- Culture Guardian: During the process, you are the filter for our values. You ensure that every new hire raises the bar on our culture.
- Experience: Minimum 2-4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Crucial: Proven track record recruiting in the Adtech / Programmatic industry (Buy-side or Sell-side knowledge).
- Mindset: A "Builder" mentality. You enjoy setting up processes and using automation to work smarter, not harder.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication skills to act as a Culture Ambassador. You embody the company values in every interaction.
- Language: Fluent in English (C1/C2) and French is mandatory.
