Role Description

The Export Business Developer leads sales development, strengthens the company's presence in its markets, and manages customer relationships within the assigned region. They define and implement commercial development plans, manage distributors and agents, and work closely with the engineering and design teams to propose technically reliable and economically competitive solutions.

Main missions

  • Drive growth
    by hitting sales targets, identifying new opportunities, and strengthening relationships across key industrial markets.
  • Develop your territory
    by nurturing existing accounts, attracting new clients, and keeping follow-up and reporting efficient, organised, and on track.
  • Deliver the best mixing solutions
    by understanding customer processes and working with internal teams to size and specify equipment accurately.
  • Strengthen cross-team collaboration
    by supporting marketing, operations, and projects while sharing valuable insights from the field.

Qualifications

  • More than 5 years' experience in technical sales of industrial equipment (mixers, pumps, valves, process equipment or related fields).
  • Ability to read and interpret P&IDs, mechanical drawings and technical specifications.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and customer relationship skills.
  • Fluency in English is essential; German and/or French would be an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel within France or across Europe (approximately 50%).
