Notre client est un acteur reconnu de la distribution de spécialités chimiques, apprécié pour son expertise technique, sa solidité et sa capacité à proposer de véritables solutions sur mesure aux industriels. Dans le cadre de son développement en France, il renforce son équipe commerciale dédiée au marché des coatings avec un profil capable de conjuguer expertise technique et impact commercial.
Votre rôle
Rattaché(e) au Directeur de Business Unit, vous prenez en charge un portefeuille de produits chimiques à forte valeur ajoutée principalement destinés au secteur des coatings. Vous intervenez également sur d'autres marchés industriels connexes (plastiques, cosmétique, peintures) et jouez un rôle clé dans la croissance nationale.
Vos missions principales
Développement commercial :
- Prospecter de nouveaux clients sur le marché des coatings.
- Construire et déployer une stratégie commerciale ciblée et ambitieuse.
- Négocier et conclure des accords rentables et durables.
- Participer aux salons et événements stratégiques pour représenter l'entreprise.
Gestion et fidélisation des comptes :
- Suivre et développer les clients existants.
- Comprendre les enjeux techniques des formulations coatings et proposer des solutions adaptées.
- Coordonner l'exécution des commandes avec les équipes internes.
Support technique :
- Apporter un conseil technique de haut niveau aux clients.
- Animer des présentations et des formations dédiées au marché des coatings.
- Assurer une veille constante sur les évolutions technologiques du secteur.
Analyse marché et reporting :
- Observer les tendances, la concurrence et les innovations.
- Assurer un reporting rigoureux (prévisions, analyses, résultats).
Profil recherché
- Minimum 8 ans d'expérience en vente ou technico-commercial dans l'industrie chimique.
- Idéalement une expertise confirmée sur le marché des coatings.
- Expérience chez un distributeur fortement appréciée.
- Formation supérieure Bac+5 en chimie, ingénierie, formulation ou commerce à dominante technique.
- Anglais professionnel indispensable.
- Aisance en négociation, gestion de projets et relation client.
- Autonomie, proactivité, esprit entrepreneurial et sens du résultat.
