- Lead the technical integration and onboarding of new web and mobile app partners onto the SSP
- Provide technical consultancy to publishers, advising on implementation strategies to maximize performance
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for assigned partners, managing inquiries and escalations
- Troubleshoot complex integration and technical issues, ensuring minimal impact on revenue
- Maintain internal and external technical documentation and SOPs for integrations and troubleshooting
- Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, Product, and Engineering teams to translate client needs into actionable solutions
- Analyze and optimize platform performance, driving measurable results for publishers
