Context

Collective is building the "LinkedIn of freelancing" – a platform where independent professionals can showcase their skills, share their availability, and find projects without paying commissions.

We offer a subscription-based product, Collective Recruiter, which includes tools like MegaSearch, job posting, and AI-assisted sourcing. It's designed for professional recruiters – IT services firms, consulting agencies, freelance platforms, and recruitment firms – looking to connect with the best freelance talents.

After strong traction in France (8,000 clients) and promising early signals in Spain, we're ready to expand our network of clients in the Spanish market.

Mission

Our growth in France has been fast-paced (over 5 new clients per day) across Paris and several key regions (Lyon, Lille, Benelux, etc.).

We're now looking to partner with a few motivated sales professionals to lead the rollout of Collective Recruiter in Spain – targeting IT services companies, consulting firms, and recruitment agencies.

Profile

You have a strong network of potential clients or prospects in the Spanish market

You're comfortable working primarily on a success-based compensation model (details open for discussion)

You're fully autonomous and can work remotely
